• Employment history and occupational exposure data.
• Medical history and clinical examination results.

We will use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, which includes:

• Generating DMPR-compliant medical certificates.
• Maintaining statutory medical surveillance records.
• Communicating fitness-to-work statuses to authorized employers (HR/Safety Officers) while keeping clinical details confidential.

We are legally obliged to provide adequate protection for the medical and personal information we hold and to stop unauthorized access and use of personal information.
